Default Tri Flow Superior Lubricant - is this the stuff?

I found a newish container of lubricant in the garage. Turns out hubby was using it for bikes. It's a black bottle with red lettering. It says "Tri Flow superior lubricant. Penetrates and Protects. Formulated with PTFE". Is this the stuff that you folks say I should use on my sewing machine?

I've been using a fairly new bottle of Singer Sewing machine oil on my machine. When I finished it, I planned to buy some Tri Flow.

Thanks!

If it is Tri-Flow, yes this is what I use on all my machines. It is a super oil and the lubricant is also very, very good. I'm sure the Singer oil is good also. A note: no oil on gears. Just lubricant.

yep that is the stuff. The only issue is the most bike shops sell the spray can which is less than desirable for oiling machines. if your's is the liquid, that's cool!

It is kind of cool how hobbies can cross over if we pay attention to our other half. LOL

A large bottle of that came with my Columbus treadle. Now I know that I can use it in good faith.

Just make sure it does not say 'dry formula'. I know from experience. Did not realize it until I got home & had to return it. The Bike shop that used to carry it closed, he retired, so I now get it online.

Would it say "dry formula" clearly on the front label, not in all that tiny print on the back? I didn't see those words anywhere so hope it's the right stuff.
