    The machine is going to pull the watts and the amperage it needs regardless. The only thing about having a small converter is the fact that you will over work it and burn it up and not the sewing machine. If you get the correct wattage converter (300 watt) you can use the machine continuously with out failure or more money spent for converters.

    I don't know what motor it is, yet, because I just bought it on Ebay last night.

    A "Barely Celery" :-D....oooooo.....what is that!?!? All of the old machines are so fascinating to look at, aren't they?

    Looking for a white 110vmotor for a white featherweight 221K7. Anyone? I don't want to put a black motor on it nor do i want to lug around a heavy converter. This is the motor that is on the machine[ATTACH=CONFIG]582516[/ATTACH]
