I love the Singer draw pulls too. I didn't get a picture of those. The right drawer support is broken, thus the painters tape and the beginning to glue it back together.
The bobbin winder was frozen solid and it wasn't really running running when it walked in my door. It is now and I got a few quality stitches out of her at 1 am last night.

First machine I've ever had come with a manual. It's a little brittle but it was good enough.

Great find! I had an 1889 model like it, but sold it back in 2011. Wish I hadn’t but needed the space.

Yes! Exactly the same setup. I think it's really cool that the last four digits of the serial number are inside the coffin top and inside the back plate. I love histories of things even manufacturing.

I didn't know that about the numbers. Mine lives in Texas now, so I can't check.

I picked up a 1901 Singer 27K2 Treadle/HC Convertable last week, so it will take up the empty space the missing 1889 left in my heart.
