I think 99, too. It has a drop in bobbin and is not a 201 and looks too small to be a 66. I love the case with "Singer" inlaid in the handle. I dig that cabinet too. Too bad the stool is missing.

Yes they do have a pin in the shuttle to carry the bobbin with a hole thru it. I have a Peerless White HC and it took me awhile to find the bobbins for it. Ebay has them or did.

I picked up a Kenmore 1803, with all of the attachments, manuals and a cabinet, for $10, that suffered from the same condition. Turns out the bobbin winder clutch had been loosened.
