a child's singer? it is black, with a case that looks metal. Ten bucks! should I ask about it?

model 128 manufactured in 1919, it says. but it is electrified. Isn't that an add on, then?

I wonder if the machine is in there? Lol* If this guy has never seen a treadle cabinet before then apparently this is his first time using Craigslist too...newfangled site that it is and all...
Primative??
Archaic??
Where's the beef? Uh sewing machine. Don't think I see one. Can you imagine what the lister would be saying if a sewing machine was in the cabinet?
Not only do we wonder what he has been smoking, where has he been living?????

The Best Built, 15 Clone. Good price if you want a straight stitch workhorse
The Damacus, ooh so pretty, love the decals. I would consider it. It's "make an offer", I would go $75 and go up a bit if needed
The Singer has see better days, extremely poor condition overall. Yep he has been smoking the good stuff

Child's singer, for ten buck it could go on a display shelf. Go for it
Singer 128, La Vincendora decals, electrified at some point after manufacture
Kenmore 148, pretty pale blue, offer $35, would be another workhorse
Demorest, undecided. Looks like the cabinet has been "restored". Way too shiny.
Domestic Rotary with crinkle finish, good machine, too many $$ even in a cabinet

CL poster quote: "WOW! What a unique conversation piece, this is a one of a kind primitive, very archaic, that I bet no one else will have."

Apparently the seller doesn't get out much. It is obvious that he/she has never been to a flea market, garage sale, or thrift store. It is also apparent that he/she has never looked them up on CL or Ebay!

I would make an offer on this one. It looks like it's in pretty good shape and the cabinet is beautiful, too!!
