I don't believe he'll find a buyer. It would be wiser to have a two day tag sale, there are people who will run the whole thing, clear the place out and write the owner a check.

I live in a SM desert. There was another seller in KS with the exact Free cabinet I need, but he wants too much and I can't get or ship it. C'est la vie!
