We actually had an ad like that on our local Craigslist not too long ago. At the time, I just thought the poor guy had made a typo, but maybe not............. :shock: :roll:

It was like others said, they think because it is "old" it is worth a LOT :roll: Not to say it wasn't but gggeeesshhhh, why do they think just cuz you want it they can try and gouge you for it ! Hope she does really well on ebay :?

She thought she had someone who REALLY wanted her machine pretty bad....therefore, she jacked up the price!! I hope....I REALLY hope she understands she won't get it!!!! ROL!!!

I just had to look on ebay last night. There was one that looked like it might be the "one", it was listed at $14,995.
The discriptions said, "Old sewing machine. Top has had some repair, most of the moving parts are missing......" Sure sounded like something I'd want to invest a lot of money in. LOL
