Thank you Judy. That was hilarious.
Welcome to the Quilting Board!

When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2000 experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said, "I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2000 step process."
I haven't given up. Just busy not sewing enough.... It's no fun.

I am wondering what I am going to do with 50 blocks at the end of the year...........
so, here is Delaware- I have mixed feelings about this one- didn't turn out too bad though...
hiding away in my stash where i'm warm, safe and happy
i will check back later in the day to see everyone elses- and since next week is week 9 (wow- time is flying by keeping track this way!) i think next week i will lay mine out in a 9-patch layout & snap a pic- see just how these are looking together
i oh so look forward to seeing everyone's stars coming to life!

Mona Lisa, after 50 of your beautiful stars are done you will have a beautiful quilt. Ck, I agree with iwillquilt. And here is mine.
My Delaware. I hate this one. Was not looking forward to showing this one at all

On my way out the door but had to peek. Wow, beautiful. ckcowl, your block sends chills down my spine. What a wonderful color choice for the center. Delaware is not my favorite pattern. Too much of one color in the center, but you all have done beautifully! See you later today when I am free. Ha
