I picked it up at the Phoenix Quilt and Sew show in January - one of our LQS had them on a show special for $10, and I keep it on my sewing machine table. They also had the 24 x 36 for $20 - stupid me, I didn't buy the big one, already had a big one but for $20 .... buiyer's remorse once again. It's made by Bluefig -- www.bluefig.net and had never heard of them before, but they are just as good as Olfa cutting mats.
update: wouldn't you know they do not have one available on their website, just a pic. a teaser is all. but i will find one.

love seeing everyone's work! Im going to finish up this week's step today. Im dying to finish it!
I definitely want to do more of these. I get intimidated starting a project so having it broken into "bite-sized" chunks is great for me!

Havplenty, yes, it is, but since I had announced in the posting #1 that there will be a total of 7 clues, I will repeat it. And yes, I do agree, every one is doing a wonderful job, love seeing all the combinations of fabrics.

Love everyone's colors! They are all so pretty sewn together in piano key form! I am so far behind; haven't even started cutting for this Mystery since I am trying to do some catch up on too many other WISP's!! I do have my fabrics in a "tub"--ready to be cut and all steps printed! I think I will be working on this one when I get off the train in Buellton at the end of the month for a Quilt Retreat!! I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about what I would work on at the retreat and what to take on our month long RV trip in July/Aug! (I seem to have a lot of projects that are close to needing to be sandwiched and FMquilted and that step of quilting takes up much more room to do. Don't want to take those projects in the RV).

Step Four Complete, Pull the Whistle Cord Conductor!
Drug myself out of the garden yesterday and jumped back on the Mystery Train. I completed Step 3 and Step 4. I chain pieced the 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" rectangles and it went quickly. I will be all ready for clue 5.
Along the way I rescued the little bird in the last picture. We have large windows and quite often have birds flying into them. This little guy was stunned but eventually flew away.
