Beautiful blocks!

I'm really chuckling now with that chest freezer since someone is really doing it. Hahaha! Not sure how the heck you'd reach down into the bottom though. Maybe that is what grand kids are good for. LOL playing in scraps like leaves.

Moonrise & Vicki, love the effect the black is having with your mysteries.
Sara, wow. That is beautiful.

Chest freezer: Use bags to store fabric by color (like I do with my food except not by color ), or turn it on end and add some shelves.

If you turn the freezer up on end. you can put shelves in PLUS, you can get another freezer and put it side by side. then you can put more fabric in there. You can start a new trend.

My comment on ''hiding'' fabric in the old freezer -- and just what happens if the hubby gets it into his goofy brain to clean out the basement of all the unused and broken items, just tossing everything without looking inside?

And more and more beauteous blocks are showing up! Saturday is going to be sooooo much fun. Can't wait.

Everyone's blocks are looking gorgeous. I have all my blocks put together, but not looking half as bright and cheerful as some of yours. I am looking forward to Judy's next step, but -- waaaah! I am going to have to step off the train for the weekend and won't get back on until next Monday. I am going to have some catching up to do!

I just finished pressing and trimming all the blocks and remembered I hadn't shared the scrappy ones. This is growing on me more and more.

And Judy, you are doing a great job keeping this one a secret. I can't wait until the reveal. Oh come, Saturday, come!

belfrybat, what wonderful scrappy looking blocks you've made.
Saturday, dear Saturday, please come quickly.

Judy, are we using much more of the "E" fabric?

well, you see, my deep freeze had wire baskets four across and two deep and the bottom ones touched the bottom of the freezer....the theory (i think) was that you could take out one of the top baskets and pull up the bottom one and reach everything.........but if there was any food in the baskets, they were really heavy, still think they might have worked for fabric.....and dust proof.........
