They aren't this weeks stars but I have been busy. I am almost caught up. Here are Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, and Massachusetts. I have Michigan about half finished. I hope to catch up this week.

Beautiful stars everyone. KLgreene, I think I recognize that brown with black spots. :) It goes with so many things.

And a song to sew by this week: The "Ballad of Paul and Sheila," a tribute to Minnesotan politician and activist Paul Wellstone and his wife Sheila. Mason Jennings sings, "Hey Senator, I wanna say, all the things you fought for did not die here today". They died in a small plane crash about 10 years ago.

You're right white pine, it's the same fabric, mine are small pieces, but look at the color of your picture compared to mine. Yours is like right on. I got a new camera last summer, and I have not been happy with the colors at all.

it's been a busy eventful weekend- but i did get my Minnesota block done- I really like this one---& so does Hubby- which is always nice :)
