Karen, is your pain a chronic pain ? Not wanting to intrude on your privacy, but can"t help wondering what is wrong. I have pain 24/7 in my leg and back, so I can relate to the not sleeping well. And thanks for all the posts, I've used them a lot. Carol

I guess alot of us have sleeping problems. My back pain keeps me from sleeping good too. Maybe we should start a midnight club. ;-)
