Our news ran a story last night about SMART PHONES. My phone does nothing, only phone calls,no texting, no pics, no internet.I wasn't paying much attention(don't need bells& whistles) BUT THEN--They were talking about free apps, they would tell you where garage/ estate sales were, what they were selling, and map it all out for you! Sales just had to be listed somewhere electronically(like craig's list) HMMMM - I might need to upgrade! LOL!! DO you have a SMART PHONE--do you have this app? JUST curious!

Nope, just have a regular phone for calls and text. I have an IPad with 3G so get internet anywhere there is cell signal and I use it for the apps. I love the GPS app. when we travel.

I have the iPhone which is what I'm on now. I don't know how I ever lived without it. LOL! I don't have those apps but I'm gonna look into them.

So true! I bought a laptop a year and a half ago and I hardly get on since I got my iPhone. Now if I could figure out how to load pictures to the board from my phone then I will never use my laptop.

I have a straight talk phone that gives me internet and everything I want except the apps. However, I have an I-touch that has all my fabric conversion apps. I love it. The straight talk is cheaper ($30 a month) but I don't have access to the apps if I'm not in wi-fi range. You'd probably like the smartphone much better.
