I LOVE my smart phone! I never thought it could be so handy. I use it for everything- calendar, calorie counter, weather, GPS, mapquest..I could go on & on! I love being able to go on the Quilt Board when I away from home.

It is sorta spendy, 4.99.... but I found it worth it. I really like it. And it so nice to have your stash in the palm of your hand!

Go smart phones! Buy the iPhone if you're on the fence. My stock is soaring! LOL!

How much are you all spending a month on the smart phones?

I got one and AT&T automatically charges $25/mo. Along with normal use and texting, my first bill was $125/mo. Our regular family plan (me & DH) is no longer offered but costs us $65/mo. I had to dump the phone-god, I miss that phone!

I just have a Trac Phone and have absolutely NO desire to have a Smart Phone, just my opinion. I rarely use my cell phone, I just have it for emergencies.

I have Sprint and I pay 69 a month and I have unlimited everything. It's one fee so I use it now more than my house phone. I don't use the internet too often but I use the text some and I get my email there along with on my pc.

My sons actually have our plan...they both have smart phones, and I have a reg one..with their data plans, and unlimited texting they run $185.00 a month...glad they are paying for it..I am just the one that had to the plan going as they were under age at the time...

The Apps can cost a pretty penny... I try to only use free ones or ones for .99.... than being said, I paid 4.99 for the Fabric Stash App. YIKES... but so far worth it?? I pay for a Family Plan, and four phones, one with the special data plan for my iPhone... I pay about 225.00 per month. OUCH. But, we have unlimited texting (three teen girls) and a 1400 min plan (so we can utilize friends and family on Verizon). I have paid the amount for so long.. we are just used to it.
