Do we have any members from Joplin, Missouri? They have had a devastating tornado there and I hope they are okay. It is on the weather channel, just terrible.

Now the Weather Channel is saying that fires are starting to break out. Broken gas lines, I suppose. The place is just flattened. It's hard to believe there would not be fatalities.

There was a bad storm in Minneapolis today with 1 fatality, I heard.

Prayers go out for all of those affected. It is horrible to think how many people have lost everything. God Bless you all.

My brother lives in Joplin....did hear from him...he is OK. He was not home when the tornado hit, so he has no idea if he has a home or not.

Yes, it is terrible. The weather is really bad this year. Hope everyone is ok. I will keep them in my prayers. We have not had any bad weather on the Mississippi Gulf Coast yet.
