I can watch netflix all day long with little trouble but when I try to watch Craftsy classes on my desktop or laptop it continually stops and starts or just stops completely, any ideas?

I had this problem, thought it was my laptop. I sent them an email and Craftsy told me to turn off the HD option on their screen. I did and no more problems. When you are watching the video there are symbols on the bottom of the screen, one is HD, click that off. That fixed the problems I was having. You can email them about your problem and Craftsy will respond.

Yes, the HD is the problem. I always turn it off.

The others are correct. If you continue to have trouble, contact them directly. They are very helpful and will even offer to refund your money if you can't get it working properly.

You used to be able to download the video and watch later too but since about a year ago in July 2013 haven't been able to download them. Have to watch them on their website. I like to download the videos and put them into a special folder on my PC so I can go back to it whenever I want. Now I rarely watch their videos due to this problem. So much for progress.

Be sure your video card and Adobe Flash is updated. That solved the problems I had.

WOW! turned off the hd, it still stalls just a little bit but I can live with that. thank you all
