We in the south do not have the luxury of having a lot of the white stuff falling from the sky. I am looking at the weather and we are under a "Winter Weather Warning"! :-D

I am in West Tn and they are predicting 6"+ for our area and even more as you snake off into Mississippi. It is all supposed to start early Sunday evening and go through Monday afternoon. I went to the store to grab dog food and treats and it was a mad house. But we are ready for the snow and do not plan on going anywhere (my work is 30' from my backdoor) and are really excited about seeing the snow. :-D

The best part is that the dogs will just love playing in it like kids!!!

What a screwy weather pattern we're having these days! We had a little flurry today but haven't had the snow we usually do by this time of year. Good thing is that we haven't had the ice either...knock wood. Enjoy it!

It's a winter wonderland here in western NC. So pretty out! Windy & cold, but pretty! Our dogs love it too! We have chances for more in the next 3 days too. Very unusual here too, more than we have seen in years. Just glad we are both retired & can stay home & out of it now,& enjoy the view!...

Me Me Me!!! I'm hearing we are expecting snow possibly Tuesday(?)!! I love snow! We had 13 inches the day after Christmas, but it is all gone now. We had a few beautiful snow showers today, pretty to look at but didn't amount to much. Doing the snow dance for next week!!! :)

I just called my son in Hot-lanta (Atlanta, GA) because he's not one to watch the news and weather channels and he rarely has food in the house. I told him to get ready... he WILL be snowed in.

That is too funny..... I sure wish I could send some of ours your way, I have been hearing alot of the areas that are getting snow down south, How do you LUCKY southerners handle a winter storm, Do you have snow plows and such for your streets or do you just close up until the snow melts some? I would love to be somewhere WARM right now.
