I cannot find a piece of fabric that I know is in my sewing room - either it is staring right back at me and I'm over looking it or it got folded up inside another piece :(

does this ever happen to anyone else here?

Yes and I have usually moved on and lost the desire to use that piece of fabric when I do find it :) Murphy's Law Rules Here!

Yep tore up my stash day before yesterday, Looked all over my room couldn't find it. Finally gave up and went to use a color from a new bunch I just bought. Wouldn't you know it, there it was with the new fabric. I had forgotten I put them together to compare. Sheeesh Im getting old!

Lost a blue fabric I was going to use in Dgs policeman quilt.I had it out and changed my mind on color, used a different one.I didn;t like how it turned out so my friend mr.ripper went to work, took it completely apart then went to find original blue.Turned my house upside down,no blue ,looked for two days, finally gave up and bought more blue.I know that I;ll find it now that I dont need it. lol
