Dukes Dilemma

I am looking for this quilt block it was designed by Dereck C. Lockwood, for Quilter's Newsletter back around 77 or 78 it may have been republished in 2000. Any help would be appericated.

Thank you ever so much I did e-mail him he said that was a block he designed but that was years ago and no longer had it. he was the one who told me when it was published I was hopeing some one on the board had it or knew where I could buy it
