newbee3, If you are talking about making the squares wonky but cutting them in different directions. Craftsy.com has some free classes and one of them did this. Not sure what all classes they have posted but you could check. Also, check you tube.

Yesterday I got to meet Loralie Harris of Loralie Designs. She is amazing, it was so much fun chatting with her and I even got a free design set from her.

She's so nice, and seeing her talk about her creative process you can just tell she really loves what she does. And her new stuff(well all of her stuff) is so darn cute! I bought some stuff as well.

embroidery library emblibrary.com has an extensive group of tutorials showing how to embroider on diff. fabrics. I think it's what you're looking for. Jean

Hi Sheesh, I have the future and it will accept any of the extensions. I have never had any issues using any of them.

Hi all! I just purchased a Babylock Sophia 2. It arrived today. I am just taking a break from unpacking it. I cannot wait to start using it. Nice to meet you all.

I see this is an older thread but I wanted to ask someone out there about the Bernina 440 Embroidery Modules.
My mom gave me a 440, she won it a long while ago and the a year latter she won another one. So this machince is new but I'd like to add the embroidery module to it. I know that don't make it anymore so I'll have to buy it 2nd hand but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
1 - what comes with it?
2- Is the software very good and has there been any updates to it?
3- are there anythings I should be looking for?
