Default Excellent customer service I received from Accuquilt.

I ordered several dies and some of them went on sale soon after I ordered them. I received an email from customer service saying my account was credited with the difference. Now that is great customer service.

Wow, that's a great way to treat customers! I don't think many places do this!

Last year I placed an order with Accuquilt for about $120. The tracking showed it going to the local UPS facility but it was then transferred to the PO and no further information and no package. I called Accuquilt and they immediately sent out a duplicate order which arrived promptly. Several days later the original package showed up. Accuquilt did not want me to return it, instead they told me to "pay it forward" to someone. I liked that. :-)

I, too, have had wonderful service from Accuquilt. when I got a die that was defective (foam wasn't glued well and was coming up), I called for return instructions and they sent another right away and I didn't have to pay postage to send the defective one back; I just chucked it. Whenever I have questions about the die, the cutting, etc., I call or e-mail and they are prompt and courteous with replies.
