I placed an order with fabrictodyefor on Jan 20th for a ruler (2o+dollars with s&h).. I've still not recieved it..I've checked my account on their site several times and the status still reads "not shipped yet"..I've written them two emails with no response ( they have no phone # of course lol)...
It states in their policies that if the product is on back order you will be given notice within 48 hrs (no email to that effect)..Otherwise shipping will be within 3 days of order.... It's been 18 days... I just don't get it...

Did you pay using PayPal? If so I would contact them. If you paid by personal check contact your bank to see if it cleared if it hasn't I would put a stop payment on your check. Did you get an order confirmation from them? Whenever I order something on line they send me an order confirmation. Otherwise I don't know what your options would be. Good luck

I would question why PayPal didn't work. That might be saying something about the company. I have never used this company myself. Hope you get a good response from your bank.

If this long has passed, and you haven't recieved a response to any of your attempts at correspondance, and then the issue is further frustrated by their not providing a telephone number for contacting them, I would waste no time doing a chargeback through your credit card company - if you have indeed already been charged for it and the authorization has hard posted to your account. While I realize in good faith many things could have happenned logistically with all the weather the nation has had - they have had more than enough time to notify you of any delays and/or backordering issues. I wouldn't be any more patient than you already have been. Get your money back!

Explosive blessings, abundance and inspiration to you all!

I agree Creative Seamstress but, how do you go about getting your money back with a company that won't respond to emails and has no phone number listed on their site?...

You said you charged it. Go through your credit card company and dispute the charge. They take it from there.

Have you tried Phillips Fiber Art or Hancocks of Paducah or Amazon? Online rules of thumb: 1) only use businesses you have checked out before you purchase, so many unreliables out there/ 2) they should have multiple ways to be contacted/ 3) you should get a receipt to print out or save on the site and email confirmation within a very short period of time. Hope you get answers and satisfaction.
