I have this machine also and LOVE it!! I bought it last summer from sewingmachinesplus.com. No tax and no shipping and they will match anyone's lower price. They also have a 12 month, no interest plan, if it's needed.

I was thinking it would be really nice if the DH took his wife out to lunch and then had to stop buy and look at those machine she has been talking about. First it may floor her being taken for lunch and second to stop buy and look and test drive sewing machines - DREAMS DO COME TRUE!
He should have a red bow in his jacket to put on the one she really likes. She picks it out but he gives it to her.

A member on the board is selling a Janome machine for $500 and if he could get that for her she will not be disappointed. It's a true bargain for the money and it's a workhorse of a machine. Janome is the way to go and she will love him a lot more after she gets one. Check the classifieds; the title reads something like Janome sewing machine for adoption.

Why don't they go shopping together? The price may be higher, but A machine is your baby and you have to be there to feel its call to you.
