....that I design myself.
....that people usually ask where I got the pattern from and I can say "there IS no pattern!" because it's an original.
....that I can incorporate hundreds of different fabrics from my stash without it looking cluttered or tacky.
....that is more traditional than contemporary or modern looking.
....that are functional, not just made to hang up and look at. (Throw quilts, bed quilts, etc.)
....comfortable. I don't want them to feel stiff and overquilted... I want them soft and good to cuddle with.

I love quilts by Pet Speth because she take unit turns them this way and that and you get many different blocks. I also love quilts that use lots of colors. BTW Pat Speth's web site has free quilt designs and others to purchase too. Her website is patspeth.com
