I'm looking for a good mini-iron. Does anyone have this or can recommend one?

Do you have this one or know anything about it? It looks like it may work better than the Clover mini-iron but I haven't tried that one so I don't know.

I had one that actually looked like a miniature iron and loved it. If you're going to applique I can see how one like you're looking at would work better. I only used mine for seams.

I haven't done any applique yet but was thinking more along the lines of when working with really small pieces and strips (like when you are making 9 patches that finish at 1.5 inches).

I have this one from Amazon

I use it everyday and have had no problems.

I have that one and like it for class, but I still prefer my little Rowenta Travel Iron. I've seen them at JoAnns and you can use the coupon on it. Here is a link to the online store and it's on sale: http://www.joann.com/rowenta-da1560-...owenta&start=5

I just bought the rowenta travel iron and I think it's great. I have used it a couple of times for some classes and find it presses seams very well. It can be used with steam or without and is a little bigger than some of your craft irons ( sunbeam).
I also have the clover leaf but find it to be too small if you are taking a class that requires a lot of large pressing. It does get hot but I have a problem with the small stand (very flimsy) that you keep the hot iron on between usage.
