    Default Last minute Quilt along

Hello and good morning. Got up this morning and had four of the kids head off to church with the grandparents and DH is heading to work so guess what. Its an unexpected day of sewing for me. I know, I know its last minute, but if anyone wants to join me feel free we cant quilt along. On my list for today.
    1. ornaments for swaps
    2. mug rugs
    3. apron
    4. catch up on twisted xmas tree.

Hop in and have fun. Dont forget pics of anything, items your working on or even just your furbabies. Ill be checking in every once in a while to see if I have anyone joining me. Happy sewing and crafting.

:::sigh::: I wrote a note, then clicked to subscribe to the thread . . . without first posting the note I'd just written. I'm off to a great start!

I need to wash some fabric, then start a new quilt top. It'll be another super simple one, for Christmas giving.

May or may not try to make a mug rug. So far, the inspiration for that just hasn't been forthcoming.

I'm cutting out blocks old-school today. The dreaded templates. This quilt is keeping me up nights, thinking about color placement. It's a scrappy and I'm a control freak, sorry to say.

Welcome everyone that has decided to join me. I have place the bling on some orns and they are now drying. Just finished cutting some of the strips for my woven snowflake orns. Just took a small break to check on some laundry. Happy sewing everyone and the projects sound and look great so far.

I'm going to finish a small blanket for my tabby cat's bed. Kind of fun that we're all sewing together today!
