I have had 2 Ott floor lamps. The first one I bought online from JoAnn's and it lasted 89 days. The warranty was 90 days and JoAnn's replaced it without any questions asked. The replacement lasted less than a year. I will not buy another because they are too expensive and I have not had good experiences with them. I purchased a floor lamp from Home Depot and have a daylight florescent bulb in it which I like. Hope this helps.
