This was a challenge in my quilt group over a year ago. I have had it sandwiched for the longest time and I am stumped as to how to quilt it. I have looked at ideas for pinwheel blocks, but nothing is inspiring me. Thought if you all looked at it, you would think of something.
It was a "paint chip" challenge. We chose envelopes with three paint chips in it (not knowing what the colors were) and had to come up with a project that would include all three colors. I included the paint chips in the picture. Fun, huh?

I see swirls starting in the center of the pinwheels.

What about starting in the center and working outward in circles to make it look like air movement from the pinwheels?
