Could you give me some detail on how you used the PSN in your hand quilting? I am new to HQ and having trouble with a templet tracing staying on the quilt. I quilt in a frame, if that makes a difference. Thanks for you help.

Yes I used the PNS for machine quilting. I have never used it for hand quilting but I figure it would work just as well. It did not gum up my machine at all. I do not copy the pattern on the PNS while it is on the quilt though. I have read about others that were drawing the pattern right on the PNS on the quilt. I did not and would not do that.

Great idea! I have a small wall quilt that I found at Goodwill that was partially quilted....and not really well made, but I think I will use that to try this out! Sounds like it could be a great trick to getting some patterns sewn on!

I have used the press and seal method several times. However not Good idea to use on light colors as the black may punch thru. I also do the tracing and let it sit over night to dry thoroughly. I also use 2 thicknesses of the P&S.
