I have been quilting for years, but this too, would be my suggestion. The black narrow border gives the eye a rest. Be sure to post pics when done. I love it so far! :)

Beautiful! I would add a black border and trim it in either solid green or a stripe if you could match the color.

Thank you all for your generous opinions. I am now just waiting for my son to come back from college so i would ask his opinion also and decide.

Oh and just to give everybody an idea, even though my son knows about the quilt and he chose the fabric, but he doesn't know that i am getting the quilt signed by all his friends and i am thinking about the middle white piece to put his graduation pic with a massage underneath it if i learn how to use my embroidery machine :oops:

a black border next would join to the outer triangles -- i think would look good --enough green-- black binding too
