I'm going to be traveling to the Eureka Springs, Arkansas in the next few weeks. What would you suggest seeing or doing? Please include fabric stores and quilt shops. I'm looking forward to all the suggestions.

If you are close to Branson, there is a wonderful quilt shop in Branson.

Here is the link to it. It was closed the day I was in Branson a few years ago, but several ladies in my guild claim it is one of the best shops to visit.

Quilts and Quilts is on W76 and is a great shop to visit. Their fabrics run about $10 a yard and they have a great clearance area, all kinds of rulers, patterns galore. There is another quilt chop of 65 and 412, in a yellow house. She has great stuff. Eureka Springs is just a beautiful and quaint place to visit. There are street musicians, great food, you will want to go back and visit again. It is known as the Little Switzerland of the Ozarks. You aren't far from Springdale/Fayetteville, and there are a couple of quilt shops in Rogers and Siloam Springs.

See the Passion Play in Eureka Springs- outside theatre. (live animals-looks very real) outstanding.
