I very special board member sent me a box of baby yarn!! how exciting I have all ready made 4 sets of booties and matching caps. I haven't even made a dent in the yarn. Its amazing . This group has given me so many wonderful ideas and the donation of yarn has put me on a HUGE HIGH. Will share pictures soon!! THANKS everyone so much!!

Our guild, Manitoba prairie quilters have a committee called ABC donations. Members make quilts, show/tell at mtg. then donate to sick children hospital ward, pregnancy distress, women's shelter, all are well received.. MBQ is on internet, and photos of baby quilts. The rag quilt used to be a high fashion trend for awhile, now it's panels and quilted over a wknd by hand.. machine much faster.
