My husband made it for me, and I use it all the time

He cut some particle board, attached a lazy susan apparatus he got from some woodworking catalog, and also attached 2 handles so I can lift it

I have a spot atop some plastic storage units where I put the cutting mat, and I just lean the 'lazy susan' next to it when not using it

I thought about buying one but instead I bought a smallish mat and put a handtowel under it. It spins easily and doesn't scratch/rub my kitchen table which is where I like to do small work.

I have both sizes and really like using them. In fact, I was using my large one when I left my sewing room to check the Board. To me, they were worth the money because I use them so frequently.

I have one and simply love it and wish I would have it a long time ago.

I got one for Xmas several years ago. I love it and always use it when I'm paper piecing. It sits next to my machine and I can reach it.

I haven't used it for squaring up my blocks but I think I'll try using it for that..... it's probably the best use for it.

I love my rotating mat! I used it to death, had to buy a new one! When this one wears out I'm gonna make me one like RugosaB... In fact I'll save my store bought one for travel'n and make one for home!

I purchased a large and very heavy one a few years ago at the NEC Birmingham UK. It has a solid plastic base with a cutting board insert never seen them for sale since but it is fantastic. Solid and can be used for larger pieces. I did purchase a small green one forgot name, which fell apart and was very difficult to rotate.
I would love a small one which is made as solid as my large one. Unfortunately never seen the same board again.
