Did you go to Quiltmaker's website and do a search for which issue the pattern is in?? Sometimes a designer changes the name. I found this site when I Google the pattern name:

This is a block divisible by 4" so changing the pattern should not be too difficult. Make each pieced square the size of 3" finished and you will have a 12" finished block. If you need a picture, PM me and I will draw out the quilt design and block construction on Electric Quilt and post it on this thread for you.

Windblown square is one of my favorites. It's simply 16 HST. Very simple pattern. Just google it.
