Sewing Machine Service
#11
The problem with taking a machine to Sears to be serviced: they don't just work on sewing machines. They fix coffee pots, snowblowers and who knows what else. Call Sears to ask about the warranty, but if you know your machine is manufactured by Janome, you might just be better off supporting your local sewing dealer. They need your money more then Sears does. Just my opinion :)

I told the store mgr to get my machine back! I also told him that I'd never renew a protection agreement in the future. He wanted to be sure I knew the warranty would be voided if someone else worked on it!! FINE!!! I'll take my chances at this point!!!
