Did you count me in your 24 Ana? Oops, I forgot to post here that I was in, lol.
OOOH! I don't wanna wait another 2 weeks to find out what colors! (Talking to myself: "You glutton for punishment! You know you've gotta finish all those placemats first! If you buy more fabric now you's gonna be in trouble!" )

ok girlie's....i'm ready to play, I checked and pre-schunk fabrics last night and I have some super winter stuff for a table runner. Can't wait to get started with it.
I "Collect" fabric like most of us do and have a small fabric shop in my basement (1/2 basement). Just as long as I make one for me too, it will be great.
Just moved into this house last Dec 30th....2nd year without a Christmas tree. Not this year, I am going to make up for it and it will probably be by thanksgiving. Wasn't happy about the first move the previous year. But this house is comparative to the one we moved from the first time. Anyway, I've finally decided that we are officially staying and I can finish unpacking. Don't get me wrong, we've unpacked, but I held off on some things due, if DH got a those wandering feet again, "I" wouldn't have to work so hard re-packing. So this past couple weeks, I've been unpacking my boxes/totes for my sewing room. Eventually I will upload pic's, so you all can enjoy.
Meanwhile I'm counting the days till I have my Secret tablerunner swapper - going to be a LLLLOOONNNGGG couple of weeks.

heheh Yep DustysMomma you were # 16 on the list. Still getting a couple people so you all have to sit on your hands and wait. neener neener. Besides, I'm gonna finish the wintery table topper I'm making for another swap and I'll post it here and it'll change all your ideas again so... Don't want to have to make you rip out stitches.
Let me just say.. metallic thread is pretty, but it is a PAIN IN THE REAR to work with. It's pretty much like wrestling 8 octopi and eventually you just give in and say, well.. it'll do what it wants and the recipient will have to accept it. But it is stinkin pretty and shiny.

Anastasia every time I use it I have to adjust my tension, that makes it much easier. It usually has a tendency to shread and if that's what it's doing loosen the upper and bobbin tension, if it's loopy tighten them up. Doesn't take very much on the bobbin either. Easy if you just mark your bobbin with a little line from the black marker so you can set it back again. Maybe this will help, unless you're almost done with it.
