Yes anyone can put their favorite color down. and if someone says they have pet allergies you will not get someone with a pet.

An afterthought -- you ask if we have allergies, have you considered asking if we have in-house pets. I certainly wouldn't want anything I make going to someone with cat allergies! I also put my favourite colours on the form even though you didn't ask -- I'd certainly like to know what colours my recipient likes. |

Knowing something about the receiver helps decide what to amke...what I did was check out their profile and prior entries on threads to get ideas...Lots of fun to play "private eye"!
