I mailed my blocks on Friday! Love the blocks that were posted. I'm so excited for spring. The snow is almost melted at my house. YEA!

I will be getting some pretty fun mail this week! I'll post on the thread here when blocks arrive. :)

Spring is right around the corner now...yahoo!!!!

I hope no one sent their blocks with signature required? If that were important, I would have put it in my first post on mailing instructions. There is a mystery package at the post office waiting for me to be able to pick it up now cause I wasn't home when a package arrived for a signature and they don't re-deliver without much time and delay. I have no access to a car today so it will remain a mystery at least until tomorrow. :(

I didn't. Then again I am waiting with bated breath to see if my package makes it to you!! Mailed yesterday via Priority Mail, if the PO doesn't get snippy with me, you should see it show up tomorrow or Friday at the latest!

I also wanted to share my first wall hanging or mini quilt? I chose to make beehives and bees for this swap because I thought it would be easier to make the extra I wanted for this project. It's for a friend whose husband orders beehive/bees for their property. It was fun to make as I tried out some free motion ideas I learned at a class recently.

New skills acquired in the last year = paper piecing and free motion quilting. Much practice needed but having fun and that's all I care about! :D

I mailed mine today, the clerk said 2 days, so hopefully by Friday but Monday for sure?

It was like Christmas today! My goodness oh the pretty blocks that arrived! Got blocks from Gaijin, Petthefabric and SheriR! :)
