Barbara the MOHS surgery is usually used on the face for minimal scarring. The doctor removes a thin slice of tissue, it is prepared for a slide which takes about an hour and checked for the carcinoma this is repeated until their are no cancer cells found. It can be a lengthy process but minimally evasive. The extraction is just a fancy term for slice and dice. They will cut out the area on my back. Removing a generous area and not worrying about scarring

I guess a better way to ask that is to ask
folks to post their requests if you feel like we wouldnt need your fabric in hand to pick out a good match to your request, since I know some folks changed things around. If that makes any sense....

Here is my practice block for the Louisiana Block from QuiltersCache
http://www.quilterscache.com/L/LouisianaBlock.html

It really is square (lump from a fold line) but I will lose a couple outer points when I put it into a top because I didn't use a small enough seam somewhere and it was late when I made it.
This will require a very very scant 1/4" seam to avoid ripping it out (ask me how I know). It is a really easy block but doesn't allow for any large seams.
I am sending the background White on White (along with directions and special requests) fabric. I'd love to have 2 shades of the same color used with my white....red/pink, green/light green, blue/light blue, purple/lavender etc etc etc.
My lighter shade is almost too light so you might have to watch out for that trap (I jumped in with both feet).
Hope this helps everyone "see" my block idea.
Got mine ready to mail tomorrow too.

The the tracking hasn't been updated on it since Wednesday. I've got no idea why or where it is now.
