Default Beach/Sand Quilt finished!

Thanks, everyone for all the quilting ideas! You made me rethink how much time and effort I should put into this quilt considering it was headed for the sandy beach! Sorry the full size photo isn't great but hubby had a hard time holding the quilt up while I was trying to take photos. Off to the next project! Thanks again!

Wow! What a beauty! And where did you ever find heron fabric? I just love blue herons.

That's a beach quilt? I'd hang it on the wall.

Thanks! I bought the fabrics as a kit a year ago or more. I just saw them at: https://www.csm.ca/search
and http://www.earlymayembroidery.com/d1...per-metre.html
The fabric is designed by Shania Sunga so hopefully you will be able to search and find some nearby. A list of stores that have had the fabrics can be found at: http://themarshstore.blogspot.ca/201...hop-quilt.html

I just found that Hamels Fabrics has the kits still. I searched under their quilting kits and it was there. http://store.hamelsfabrics.com/store...t=&Search_Sku=
