MaryK ... One amazing bear! As usual, your detailing is beyond belief ... love the water splashes around his feet! Are you going to be able to persuade your Guild to include some of this type of work in the show? The world (that would be the Guelph world ) needs to see what you do! (just finished #109 ... so you'll likely move right on again and I won't be catch you!)
So with DHMom's name ... I am now curious ... do you name all your pieces?

Well I do, because I attach a label to them all with my email address and blog site. Everything I make is for sale.
My Guild does have a category for wall hangings so this type of thing is accepted. Th also have Nothcott theme challenge.
I don't mind adding I won last show. The theme was 'spring', noun or verb. Here was my entry for that.
Title "The Flounder - based on the H.C.Anderson tale of the fisherman who is granted wishes for throwing the flounder back and his wife drives them to ruin.

Smart move with your contact info on each piece. Though what I was wondering was whether you did "name" them, just as paint artists name each one?
I remember The Flounder ... your detailing is always so outstanding. Guess it's too early to know what your challenge will be for this time round.
