Half Chevron Baby Quilt
Recently, RainyBC posted a quilt, but didn't remember the name of the pattern or where it came from. I needed a quick baby quilt for a co-worker and decided to make one. I'm calling it a "Half Chevron" quilt because I don't know what else to call it.
The backing is a bright red baby corduroy with white polka dots. It washed up very soft. You can see it as the binding as I tend to self-bind baby quilts.

Oh - about the polka dots - my wife and I went to a quilt show recently and one of the vendors was displaying a baby quilt made of pinwheels. Each pinwheel was a bright color with white polka dots. And the vendor had a basket under the hanging baby quilt filled with fat quarters of all the polka dot fabric. I liked the look of it, but I don't really care for pinwheels. So when I saw this pattern, I thought "Bingo!"
