My 10 minute block needs help

I made the this 10 minute block today and after three attempts this is what I got. Im not sure about the top stitching. I played the tute 10 times but she did it two different ways and Im not sure if this is either of them. Take a look and dont be afraid to tell me whats wrong. Thanks in advance.

I think it looks good, I had a little of the pulling to one side when I did this block. Maybe try basting before top stitching, but really, after it's washed and all, it's only noticable to those of us who like to pick apart our own work.
