Found this great recipe in 'What's Cooking' magazine by Kraft. Tried it and have made it twice in one week!
1 head of cauliflower- cut up into small pieces and boil till tender, drain
1 cup of milk
2 heaping tablespoons of Hellmans
Mix milk and Hellmans together
Pour this onto cauliflower and mix
Add to this mixture, one box of Stove Top stuffing for poultry
( don't make it up, just add the contents of the package to the cauliflower)
Add 1 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese
Mix everything together and spoon into a greased lasagna pan. Bake at 350 until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Great dish for dinner or a potluck.

You cook this as long as it takes to heat through and the cheese gets bubbly. Cook uncovered.
The original recipe called for frozen cauliflower but since this is the time of year here for fresh, white, huge heads, it just seemed like the tasty choice. But the recipe called for 10 oz. bag of frozen cauliflower.
