After reading your recipe...... I was so anxious to try it I stopped at the local grocery for a head of cauliflower. I MADE IT & both my husband and I liked it very much! I think I'll make it for my quilt quild's next potluck. Thanks again.

Another alternative is Miracle Whip- both are a bottled, mayonnaise type dressing. Anything comparable down under?

We have fat free ( skim) milk in the house all of the time, so that's what I used. Anything greater than that would certainly make it creamier.

Made it yesterday and everyone (except one grandson who eats vegtables for NO ONE) loved it. I swear the leftovers tasted better today!

Do you add just the crumb mixture or do you add the seasoning pack also?

My stuffing came with the seasoning already added to the crumbs and it came out yummy so I would say add the seasoning packet.
