farmquilter, I got really burned out on thinking of what to cook but the Instant Pot has sparked some interest with me and nothing is bad in it, according to me and Mr. Stitchnripper who is thrilled to be getting something other than a chicken breast in the George Foreman and bag of vegetables from the microwave!! If you do Facebook, there is an official Instant Pot site that is really good with recipes, and experiences.

Instant Pot owner here. I've had mine for about 2 years and use it around twice a week. I gave the Crockpot away several months after I purchased the Instant Pot as I wasn't using it. I too like the stainless pot. I accidentally burned something a couple of weeks ago and just put some bleach in it, let it sit overnight, and just had to wipe and rinse the next day. Barkeepers Friend is a great idea as well.
