Udon Noodles (Ka Me) were heated in sesame oil in the skillet, frozen chicken bites (tenders) were air fried, 360 degrees, about 15 minutes until 165 degrees temp reached. Chicken bites added to skillet along with stir fry vegetables, heated through with General Tso's sauce. Yum! No leftovers which works out well here. Only five or six chicken pieces needed for this.

It could be, I don't really know. My large oven is convection but this fryer keeps from using the large oven for small amounts (just two of us here).

The local Walmart had the NuWave 3 qt Brio on clearance for $25. This was a few weeks ago. I always check the clearance aisle when I go to Walmart. I bought one for my DD and one to put away for gift if needed. I figured I saved a lot of money for the next wedding shower invite.

DH came in from Walmart this morning and found the large laminator machine on clearance for $5. He bought two of them. Refill rolls for it were $1. He bought all they had of those. I'll take one to guild, we can use it for signs, badges, etc. I'll give the other to my DD to save the grands masterpieces. Great find!
