I use peaches, sour cream, honey and milk. Best with fresh peaches but canned works good. I put all the ingredients in my Magic Bullet and mix for about 15 or 20 seconds. Yummy!

I use Almond & Coconut milk - 60 calories per 8 oz and frozen banana with a few ice cubes or a handful of frozen mixed fruit. Mummmmmm good. The milk has enough sweetness that I don't have to add any sugar.

I like yogurt and maybe a splash of milk in mine, plus a couple of ice cubes and whatever fruit I've got - peaches, strawberries, strawberry/kiwi, banana, blueberries all work good. If I use frozen fruit instead of fresh, I don't put in any ice cubes.
