I bet it would be good with peach pie filling too! Probally any pie filling. Will have to try this. A friend just told me of pumpkin muffins. 1 white cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin. Put in paper lined cupcake pan and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min

Well I screwed up my reply to the lady on WW. Congratulations and keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I am going to make it for the ladies at our Saturday quilt club. One of them made a remark that I needed to bring cookies or something again. I know it will be a hit. Thanks again.

I've made the spice cake mix with apple pie filling. It was a little sticky for my taste. Then I made spice cake mix with a can of pumpkin and made 36 mini muffins (only 1 WW points plus per muffin) these are a nice treat.
I've lost 103# and have been on WW for 5 years.

Sounds like a winner. Will have to try it for our church dinners.
