batting problems

Anybody ever have issues with a poly batting coming thru the bottom of the quilt while using a long arm? is it a tension issue or "cheap batting"

Im using a Qunique 14, the thread is "superior" 50 wt on the top and the bottom. Looks like I'm making a trip to my local QS to try a different Weight thread. thanks for the help
